About Jamia Hamdard
Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, was founded in 1989 and is currently a deemed-to-be university maintained by the Ministry of Education. Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Jamia Hamdard is managed by Hamdard National Foundation (HNF) and is accredited an 'A' grade from the NAAC. The Jamia Hamdard has achieved the rank band of 1201-1400 QS World University Ranking 2025. It has been ranked 2nd for Pharmacy, 78th for the Overall category and 49th in the University category as per NIRF Ranking 2023. Admissions for the BPT course at Jamia Hamdard University are currently open for the 2023 intake. The university has recently extended the last date to apply for admission to July 31, 2023. You are advised to apply as soon as possible for Jamia Hamdard admission to BPT course since no extension will be granted after July 31, 2023. The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course at the university is offered for a duration of 4 years at the UG level. The course fee amounts to Rs 5.6 lakh for the entire course.
